The Management Edge Pty Ltd was set up in 1982 as a training consultancy, utilising the Directors previous
experience in establishing a training consulting division with a major Accounting Practice.
With many years of practical experience in the design, development and presentation of training programs
across the Public and Private Sector, The Management Edge became one of the first Registered Training
Organisations (RTO) outside the TAFE system.
Over the years, using a range of Adult Learning techniques, the Company has worked with organisations
large and small, providing state of the art and creative training solutions in both Australia and overseas. As
one of the pioneers of Distance Learning techniques and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in a business
environment, our clients have found our innovation, creativity and customer focus an added benefit to our
professional approach and skill in training and adult learning.
Our expertise has extended from pure training to strategic planning, risk and change management advice
and support, people management systems, assisting with accreditation and training in Quality Assurance,
OH&S and Environment, and establishing appropriate SHE and Quality management systems.
